12/13/21 Austrian Christmas Bell-Ringer 6 Pies!

I made a record 6 pies for the re-instating of our annual neighborhood holiday party. While it was too many pies, it was fun and I'll be enjoying the leftovers for many days to come (I even froze some). Featured in the photo are the 2 Blueberry Pies, Vinegar Chess Pie, and Pecan Pie. I also made a Banana Cream Pie and a Chocolate Pudding Pie, but they were hiding in the refrigerator during the photo shoot. Everything came out great with these exceptions: one of the blueberry pies came out a bit soupy (maybe based on which rack it was on in the oven or the pie dish used) and I forgot about the Pecan Pie for a few minutes after the timer went off, so it was a touch overdone.
