I believe this one was made in honor of a visit from my mother in law. A Chocolate Pudding Pie for someone who loves chocolate. It looks like epicurious.com is no longer offering the recipe. Booooooooo epicurious! I'll type it out here one of these days going forward - sorry you'll have to wait.

I have been called. In the spirit of Anne Dimock's "Humble Pie" and the movie "Waitress," I have been called to walk the Path of 1,000 Pies (bake 1,000 pies or more in my lifetime). After returning to the US in 2009 from a 3-year stint in Austria without a proper oven, I started keeping track. On Easter 2010, I undertook the challenge to blog about it here.
