10/31/19 Duo of Pumpkin Pies

I think I roasted a pie pumpkin (probably a freebie from the pumpkin patch), then saw I had enough to make filling for 2 Pumpkin Pies, and gave one of these beauties away to some neighbor friends. Current Pie Tally = 262

9/26/19 Rhubarb Custard Pie

I have no idea what prompted this pie - maybe a visit from my mother? Anyway, it looks like another fabulous Rhubarb Custard Pie. Current Pie Tally = 260

9/9/19 Trio of Pies

Clearly I had a party of some kind. I wish I could remember it! Maybe in honor of one of the neighbors having a baby or the kids going back to school, or husband getting promoted. Anyway, featured here, we have a Rhubarb Custard Pie, an Apple Crumb Pie, and a Mixed Berry Pie. Apologies, epicurious.com seems to have lost the Apple Crumb Pie recipe as well. Lame! I believe this one was made in honor of a visit from my mother in law. A Chocolate Pudding Pie for someone who loves chocolate. It looks like epicurious.com is no longer offering the recipe.
