Apologies for being away for so long! I had tricked myself into thinking, "Surely, I updated the blog a couple weeks ago. I can wait another couple to update it again." Lo and behold, all lies! So to make up for it, here are four Christmas pies. The first two to come marching in are a Mixed Berry Pie and an Apple Cranberry Pie (also affectionately called "Crapple Pie" by yours truly). Both were devoured at our annual Austrian Christmas Block Party. Mixed Berry Pie recipe can be found here. I used a combination of strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries in this one and omitted the splash of vanilla. Crapple Pie recipe can be found here.
